Dear guests, we would like to draw your attention
to the fact that Items put in the laundry before 10.00 will be returned before 18.00 on the same day.
Items put in the laundry after 10.00 will be returned the next day.
Items that have been dry-cleaned before 10.00 will be returned the next day.
Ironing service can be performed only for clean things.
The "Express service" service can be used from 10.00 to 18.00. Items will be returned within 4 hours, the cost of services will be increased by 50%.
IMPORTANT: an order that does not have a completed form is considered invalid! Please specify the number of items. If the column is not filled, the calculation will be done by the hotel staff. The hotel is not responsible for changes in the structure of the material, its shape or color, for the safety of accessories and buttons. In case of loss or damage of the item, the maximum compensation can be 2 times the cost of the laundry service.
