Restaurant DÜNE
The interior design of the DÜNE restaurant is made in eco-modern style, based on the unique nature of the Curonian Spit National Park.
The institution is based on the concept of proper nutrition with a special attitude to products, the philosophy of responsible consumption, environmental awareness and natural taste.
Modern Russian and international cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal produce. The menu includes meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan, as well as dishes with a Baltic flavour from the chef. The main principle on which the cuisine in GreenDorf is built is the freshness and quality of local products and the author's presentation. GreenDorf chefs prioritize seasonal products, vegetables, and herbs and work with farmers: most of the ingredients for dishes are purchased from local suppliers and manufacturers, and some products are delivery specifically to order.
The restaurant space is easily modelled for different event formats (banquets, receptions, coffee breaks) and it is suitable for organizing business meetings, business training, themed corporate holidays, weddings, family celebrations, and entertainment programs of any format.
